Been VS gone 

คำว่า Been และ Gone เป็น Past participle (กริยาช่อง3) แปลว่า ไป 

Been is the past participle of be.

Gone is the past participle of go.

Use been to describe completed visits. If you have visited a place on holiday and then returned you have been there. 

If someone visits a place but has not come home they have gone there.

เวลาถามประสบการณ์ว่าเคยไปที่ไหนมาบ้าง เราจะใช้คำว่า been

เช่น Have you ever been to Paris?

มาดูความแตกต่างกัน 

สรุปง่ายๆ ก็คือ

Been แปลว่า ไปและกลับมาแล้ว

Gone แปลว่า อยู่ระหว่างการเดินทางหรือไปถึงจุดหมายปลายทางแล้วแต่ยังไม่กลับมา

ตัวอย่างเช่น 

I have been to Singapore twice this year. ฉันไปสิงคโปร์มา 2 ครั้งแล้ว

I have gone to Singapore. ฉันไปสิงคโปร์ แต่ยังไม่กลับ

I have been to Hong Kong to see my sister. ฉันไปฮ่องกงเพื่อไปเยี่ยมพี่สาวและกลับมาแล้ว

 My sister has gone to Hong Kong. She is now in Hong Kong. พี่สาวไปฮ่องกง  ตอนนี้ก็ยังอยู่ในฮ่องกง
